The shuttle is LONGER, 15 inches, with a low profile, making it easy to pass through the open shed of rigid heddle looms. It is made of solid maple in the USA and will hold long (6 inch) quills so that the shuttle will hold a lot of weft. Easier and faster than a stick shuttle. Designed by a weaver for weavers. $43
